Upon arrival at the Airport, you’ll be transferred to Negombo, just a short 30-minute drive. Spend the day unwinding on Negombo Beach or exploring the local Negombo Fish Market and St. Mary’s Church. It’s a relaxed start to your journey before you enjoy an overnight stay in Negombo.

From Sigiriya, head south for about 2.5-3 hours to reach Kandy. First, visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO site with impressive Buddhist statues and murals. Continue to Kandy and explore the Temple of the Tooth, which houses a sacred Buddha relic. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kandyan dance performance. Overnight in Kandy.

On Day 6, drive for about 2 hours to Kitulgala, renowned for its white-water rafting on the Kelani River. After rafting, continue your journey to Bentota, a 3.5-hour drive towards the southwest coast. Once in Bentota, relax on the beach and enjoy its laid-back atmosphere. On Day 7, visit the Turtle Hatchery to learn about sea turtle conservation. You can also choose to indulge in optional activities like deep-sea fishing or scuba diving. Enjoy a peaceful evening by the beach. Overnight in Bentota.
